The Old Chevrolette Set performs old-school country duets with tunes you can two-step to! With vocal harmonies swimming in pedal steel — and classic music from World War II to Watergate — this ain’t no jet-set band!
David Zoll and Laura Blackley provide vocals & play guitars à la George & Tammy, Gram & Emmylou, and Loretta & Conway. Tom Pittman (host of WNCW’s Country Gold) plays pedal steel. The band is rounded out by a solid rhythm section comprised of Cary Fridley on bass and Dave Perkins on drums.
