The Local Boys are a Bluegrass & Americana band based in Charlotte, NC. The band loves music that has grown and evolved over decades—old-time, bluegrass, country & rock ’n’ roll.
Beginning their musical journey over 20 years ago in Maryland, The Local Boys have a long tradition of celebrating the deep roots of traditional bluegrass music.
They’ve performed across the country at iconic events such as Merlefest, Brushy Mountain Apple Festival, Louisiana Spring Fest, Mountain Music Day Festival, Heritage and Harvest Festival, Hot Rod Power Tour & more.
Releasing their first original ten-song album entitled Stories in 2022, The Local Boys take pride in their past as a band while also looking toward the future and all of the new opportunities that it brings. You’ll love this unique style of Bluegrass!
