KATIE’S RANDY CAT

Katie’s Randy Cat is an Irish punk band hailing from Toledo, Ohio. Formed in 2013, the band drew its original inspiration from the sound of the 80s punk group The Pogues, and has since evolved into a powerhouse of Irish punk music.

“KRC” plays rebel music with an upbeat, electric edge — from heavy, Celtic-inspired originals to unique versions of traditional Irish folk songs, smashing through the siloed limitations of musical genres.

Band members include lead vocalist/accordionist Steve Steel, bassist Peter Kharchenko, rhythm guitarist Greg Heldt, and drummer Istvan Meszaros.
