Adrian Bundy, founder and frontman for Adrian Bundy & His Honky Tonk Hearts, based out of Johnson City, is a real deal honky-tonk crooner. Bundy’s sound is dripping with influences of Merle Haggard, George Jones, Ray Price, George Strait, James Hand, Dale Watson, Gary Stewart, Tony Booth, Jake Hooker, and many others responsible for country music’s unparalleled popularity from the 1950s-1990s. With Adrian on stage, you can expect a good honky-tonkin’ time but be ready to shed a tear when he delivers a heartfelt ballad.
Adrian has been performing in and around Johnson City and Charlottesville, Virginia. He’s also performed at the Nashville Palace, The Troubadour, and Honky Tonk Tuesdays at Legion Post 82 in Nashville; the renowned Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion festival; Dollywood; Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, Texas; The Broken Spoke and The Continental Club in Austin, Texas; Chandelier Ballroom in Houston; and with legendary Texas honky-tonker Dale Watson in Washington, D.C.
