AMERICANA SWING GRASS
Hailing from the scenic landscapes of Appalachia, the 81 Drifters weave a tapestry of sounds ranging from singer-songwriter originals to bluegrass, western swing, old country, and classic rock. The Western North Carolina string band from Asheville NC made up of multi-instrumentalists and songwriters Nick Colavito (Guitar/Banjo), Kristina Miller (Fiddle/Violin), and Hunter Andrus (Bass).
The 81 Drifters write and perform original music pulling influences from Bluegrass, Gypsy Jazz, Swing, Folk, and Americana to put their own flavor to traditional music.
