A GRAMMY nominee and winner of 13 International Bluegrass Music Association awards, Darren Nicholson has taken his own brand of mountain music around the world. A regular for years on the Grand Ole Opry out of Nashville Tennessee, and a founding member of acclaimed bluegrass group Balsam Range, Darren now spends his time recording, writing new songs & performing.
You can catch Darren almost every week sharing the music he loves somewhere, traveling both nationally and internationally — as a solo artist, with his own Darren Nicholson Band, or in collaboration with other musicians.
Shawn Lane is three-time GRAMMY Nominee and 28-time IBMA Award winner with Blue Highway. Lane is an explosive vocalist & instrumentalist, as well as a respected songwriter. He was nominated as 2015 IBMA Songwriter of the Year, and has penned such iconic songs as “The Game”, “Sycamore Hollow”, and “Tears Fell on Missouri”.
Lane played in the bands of both Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver prior to becoming a founding member of Blue Highway in 1994. He has also toured or recorded with Lee Ann Womack, Alison Krauss, Dan Tyminski, Larry Sparks, Kenny Chesney, Jerry Douglas, and Willie Nelson, among others.
As a solo artist, Shawn has charted two Number 1 songs — “I Met the Man” and “One More” — on the Bluegrass charts in 2019, 2020 & 2021.
